Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your email accounts and newsletters. Besides, you can redirect emails from one mail account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponders and protect your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just select the mailbox account you want to forward messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
